I am one of the authors of "How to Sell Your Home Without a Broker". We will be coming out with the fourth edition soon so I have been visiting many web sites. I am updating the information I wrote for the last edition.

I would like to let you know I am enchanted by your web site. Your site layout is pleasing and not cluttered. The site has good search capabilities and it is easy to use.

Your pictures are fantastic. They are very well lit, have good use of mirrors, and are taken from complimentary angles and in such a way as to indicate their relationship to other areas. They are very enticing even when I am not particularly wild about the decorating style. So far your site is the only one I have seen which labels the pictures, which assists buyers in understanding the home.
You also provide more photos than any other site I have seen. You also have thumbnails on the page which I too favor and few sites have.

Your site almost makes me want to move to NJ. Unfortunately, it was too cold for me in San Diego where I lived for 36 years before moving to FL. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Yes we are still around!
I have been sending you people like crazy - Heidi & John White (Tower Hill, Red Bank) and Devie & Eddie Crooks (Rumson). We have had a continuous stream of callers/lookers without any active ads for Laurel Dr from your terrific website! We have accepted an offer from a young couple in Red Bank - but have two back-up offers waiting if the deal falls through. We actually had a "bidding war" so could "pick" the best offer. Probably are a bit under the market right now, but without a realtor involved we can afford to be "generous". Win-Win for Buyer & Seller - too bad for the realtors :-)). We have a contract on a house in Wilmington, North Carolina - with a planned moving date of March 22nd.
I've continued to praise your website & services -a friend that just moved from Cranford to Charleston has a friend who wants to "sell by owner" - I recommended your BetterByOwner.com - so she may call also - don't know her name - just that she lives in Cranford. Hope you don't mind!
